I was looking for a class for deep opening and alignment of hips and shoulders. This isn't it YET it did give me a nice workout and opening in all those areas.

Would do it again. I did not find her chatty at the end as previous review said. (Posted on 11/15/2016)

This was my first Lindsay class, I was very impressed with her clear, concise cuing for most of the class. However she seemed to lose focus getting chatty towards the last 10 minutes of the class. I will try more of her classes. (Posted on 3/23/2016)
