Dana Slamp is yoga certified at the 500 hour level, the Founder of Prema Yoga Therapeutics School in NYC, and a self confessed inversion junkie. Dana began teaching yoga in 2005, offering vinyasa classes known for their spirit, strength, and safety, all over New York City.
