Lovely well rounded class. Did not seem rushed at all for being only an hour. Only had to modify twice- in hi lunge prayer twist I dropped my back knee and reached around for the back foot for the quad stretch, and in pigeon I did my left leg first since we had just done figure 4 on the left side- it made more sense to me. She has a really great, soft energy while keeping space for a challenge. Definitely enjoyed! (Posted on 5/4/2015)
