This online yoga class will break down the basics of what you see in almost every Vinyasa yoga class. Zander Gladish will go over Sun Salutations A and B and break down Chaturanga, Cobra, and Upward and Downward Facing Dog. Time will also be spent on Half Lift, Chair, Warrior 1 and 2, Side Angle and Triangle poses. Get back to the basics! Have two blocks available. (42 mins.)

Zander's yoga classes are meant to get you moving and connected to your body and breath. He wants you to find what is right in your body and explore movement that is intuitive and intelligent so you can eventually become your own best teacher. Zander is interested in many expressions of yoga and believes the movements and shapes can be an expression of your intention if there is a qualitative, mindful approach to your practice. Zander invites you to bring a beginner's mind to your practice so you are at once more playful and interested in the workings of your body, breath and mind.
