Wow! This has been my favorite yoga class I have taken on Yoga Vida so far. Amazing class, every type of posture is in there, I sweated a little bit from the great pace that you lead with the breath, and there was an creative flow that helped me to align so well. The greatest asset though was that I truly felt like I was being taught here too. You encouraged us to pause and try things again which i loved. I loved the fact that you talk to us here at home.
